BIO FILTERS
Our BIO FILTERS (wet-n-drys) are the staple filtration system for saltwater fish only systems. They ultimately work best in set ups utilizing live rock in the main aquarium. The key features in our BIO FILTERS are the Protein skimmer goes in the compartment that all the aquarium water enters into and the use of 1" diameter mini bio balls , which provides superior surface area for bacteria to grow on.
